Campus Mailing Services offers many options for using USPS. Whether you want to send parcels, letters, or flats, Campus Mailing has you covered. We will work to find the quickest and most cost effective way to get your mail delivered!
USPS Guidelines
- Must have a campus-related return address.
- International mail should be separated from non-international and be differentiated using a colored form.
- USPS services only for Oregon State University related mailing.
- Outgoing mail should be placed in the mail pickup box.
- All USPS mailing orders should include an appropriate mailing services order form. Please include the department or team that should be charged for theses services.
- If you miss the mail pickup time, you may drop your delivery off at 4100 SW Research Way, Corvallis Oregon by 2 PM.
Domestic Mailing
Priority Mail Express: Next-day to two-day delivery
Priority Mail: One to Three day delivery
First Class Mail: One to Five day delivery
Ground Advantage: Two to Five day delivery
Medial Mail: Two to Eight day delivery
International Mailing
Priority Mail Express International: Three to Five day delivery
Priority Mail International: Six to Ten day delivery
First-Class Package International Service: Delivery times vary
